My client, a top Asset Manager, is looking for a Client Services Support Associate. The client is looking for someone with 2- 3 years experience in a client support/ rfp / sales support role with in asset management.

Job Description:

This is a permanent role within the Client Service department that offers hands-on experience which will provide an excellent platform for personal development. The successful candidate will gain experience and understanding of the Client Service function and its interaction with other departments within institutional asset management.

The description of key tasks below is for guidance only and is subject to change as the requirements of the team change and as the role develops.

Key tasks

  • Information requests
  • assist with completion of RFIs and client questionnaires
  • respond to client, consultant and prospects’ ad hoc requests for information
  • perform portfolio analysis for the benefit of the client team


  • Consultant databases
  • assist with regular update of product information and characteristics


  • Hedge funds
  • provide cover for hedge fund reporting, to include:
    • distribution of weekly performance
    • production and distribution of monthly newsletter
    • provision of data for quarterly board packs


  • Presentations
  • provide cover for presentations, to include:
    • client, consultant, prospect presentations
    • Dublin fund range and ExCo board presentations
    • ad hoc and internal presentations
    • quarterly staff update


Candidate Profile

  • Graduate with some experience of financial services
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and willingness to take responsibility and use initiative
  • Working knowledge of Excel (to advanced level), PowerPoint and Word (to intermediate level)
  • Previous experience with the eVestment consultant database would be beneficial
