A major player in the Investment Management industry are seeking an International Payroll Specialist to join their HR and Payroll team on a permanent basis due to expansion.

Job Description:

APAC Payroll experience is essential for this position and educated to degree level is essential. A fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is desirable.

You will be providing payroll services and related administration for several locations and business entities in Europe and Asia, as well as HR operational support as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, check and process monthly payrolls, special payroll runs and shadow payrolls
  • Ensure all payroll reconciliations are completed in a timely manner
  • Coordinate and/or assist with year-end processes and filings
  • Ensure accurate, timely data into all payroll/HR systems
  • Lead or support payroll-related reporting (e.g. for finance, pension administrators, benefit providers)
  • Lead or support on internal and external audit requirements
  • Assist in the review and set up of payroll processes and systems
  • Respond to internal and external queries in a timely manner
  • Provide support to the HR Operations team and wider HR team as required (e.g. during team absences, heavy workloads, project work, etc).

Maintain and manage relationships with third party payroll, benefits and pension providers
