Our client, a global Asset Management division within a Global Bank covering a diverse range of assets across tailored investment solutions for retail, wholesale and institutional investors are seeking a digital savvy Online Marketing Associate to join their Marketing and Digital team on a permanent basis.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and maintain online content for all EMEA; including regular client updates and corporate information
  • Make continual improvements to website content management processes using technology, external agencies and streamlining internal staff effort
  • Maintain a process to ensure marketing material has been signed off by Legal (if required) and Risk and Compliance team, is compliant with all regulations, is appropriate for the audience and market and meets brand standards
  • Manage regular email marketing communications including email design, list management and reporting
  • Support integrated online marketing campaigns that support our key business objectives
  • Provide detailed reports on campaign performance to management and make recommendations on how to improve our online offering
  • Work collaboratively with our selected agency partners to ensure that campaign materials are delivered on time, within budget and are on-brand
  • Liaise with our Application Development teams in Australia, Hong Kong and London to ensure all website changes are communicated and executed correctly. This will also include participating in the testing of changes to limit business risk
  • Support and communicate with various stakeholders in the businesses responsible creating the information used in online marketing material

 

The ideal candidate will have the following;

  • High degree of experience using commercial Content Management Systems (CMS). Experience in Ektron or Episerver would be preferred
  • Experience with email marketing and marketing automation systems. Experience with Pardot would be preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems. Experience with Salesforce would be preferred
  • Exposure to using Social Media for marketing
  • Preparation and explanation of reports for marketing and management teams
  • Strong understanding of internet marketing best practices and standards
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Previous experience in Funds / Asset Management would be preferred. Alternately a genuine interest and understanding of the finance industry is required
